DigiRout 2000
is our most Industrial CNC Router. It features a very
large bridge cross section with an "upright" style of bridge (5"x10")
with a high 6" bridge clearance able to machine the most demanding
materials and stock sizes. It has a heavy duty I-Beam aluminum table
that is bolted together providing an easy to load table along with an
extra heavy duty T-sloted Sidebeam running the length of both sides of
the table. The X axis leadscrew drive is a 1 & 1/8" diameter high
helix
3" lead precision screw drive. The X carriage shuttles off the easy to
load
table. The Y axis has dual heavy duty 1" wide gear rack. The Z axis is
a full travel vibration dampened aluminum extrusion with anti-backlash
nut. Cutting area is either 4'x8' or 5'x10'. Price starting at
$9,900 for 4'x8' and $10,900 for a 5'x10'. Ask about our package deals
including router, PC, and CAD/CAM software. Also available are HSD high
frequency spinldes in 6 HP and 8 HP, 10 HP ATC (Automatic Tool
Changer) and AC Brushless Servo options for higher speed. The DigiRout

The
DigiRout 1000 is a new for 2007 available at the incredible
introductory price of 4'x8' for $4800 (kit price). This CNC Router
features a sturdy 5" x 6" bridge cross section with a user defineable
bridge clearance able to machine thick materials and stock sizes. It
has an optional bolt together steel angle table with variable bridge clearance. The precision extruded
Y axis long rail gear rack drive is higher than the deck surface for
easy machine assembly. The The X axis leadscrew drive is a 7/8"
diameter 2.25" high lead multi-start precision screw drive. The Y axis
has dual heavy duty 1/2" wide gear rack. The Z axis is a compact travel
vibration dampened extruded aluminum with anti-backlash nut. Cutting

DigiRout 500 is our most economical CNC Router. It features an
efficient bridge cross section with a "flat" style of bridge (6"x3")
with 3" bridge clearance able to machine the majority of materials and
stock sizes. It has a pod type of table base that is bolted together
providing the long rail gear rack drive higher than the table deck. The
The X axis leadscrew drive is a 7/8"
diameter 2.5" lead multi-start precision screw drive. The Y axis has
dual heavy duty 1/2" wide gear rack. The Z axis is a compact travel
vibration dampened extruded aluminum with anti-backlash nut. Cutting
area is 3'x5' starting price at $4,300.  The DigiRout 200 tabletop CNC Router
is an ideal machine for small cutting area applications. It features an
efficient bridge cross section upright style of bridge (3"x6") with 2"
bridge clearance able to machine the majority of materials and stock
sizes. It has a T-slotted table base that is bolted together. The X
axis leadscrew drive is a 3/8" diameter .1" lead precision screw
drive. The Y axis has dual 3/8" diameter .1" lead precision screw drives
. The Z axis is a compact travel vibration dampened extruded aluminum
with anti-backlash nut. Cutting area is 2'x2' starting price at $2,200
and 2'x3' starting price at $2,500.

CNC routing of SIP (Structural Insulated Panels). From it's massive 5"
x12" sized bridgecross section to it's 12 HP frequency driven Columbo Spindle
the DigiRout 3000 provides high speed effortless cutting of large SIPs.
It features an ultra large cutting area of 8'x 22' cutting area. Prices starting at $14,900
